If you aren’t 100% satisfied
Rooted Salon guarantees each and every service. If a guest expresses dissatisfaction, immediately seek management assistance to ensure the client's concerns are properly addressed.
The applicable charge for "re-do" clients are up to the discretion of management and must be communicated no later than 3 days from the orginal appointment. The “re-do” service must be performed within 2 weeks of the orginal appointment date. We do not do refund on services. Instead if we feel that it's necessary we will give you salon credit towards your appointment.

For most services, where the standard amount of color suffices, pricing remains unchanged. However, should your desired look require additional color, rest assured that our transparent pricing system ensures fair charges. Any extra color used will be clearly detailed on your bill as 'additional color,' providing full transparency.
By customizing both your color and pricing, we strive to offer fair and sustainable solutions for all our guests. Our ultimate goal is to minimize product waste, saving you money while contributing to environmental protection.
Factors such as the length of time since your last visit, the length and thickness of your hair, and your desired color goals may influence the need for extra color. Our team will assess these factors with you to ensure optimal results tailored to your preferences.
