Clients are warmly encouraged to arrive five minutes prior to their scheduled appointment, allowing us the pleasure of curating an experience of unmatched comfort and luxury tailored specifically to their needs.

In the event that a client indulges in a few extra moments of leisure and arrives fashionably late, we kindly request their understanding that their appointment may need to be gracefully adjusted after a ten-minute delay, ensuring our commitment to exquisite precision and punctuality. Should this tardiness extend beyond fifteen minutes, we humbly request the appointment be rescheduled, maintaining the seamless flow of our prestigious services.

While we endeavor to uphold the highest standards of timeliness, we understand that on rare occasions, unforeseen circumstances may cause our esteemed stylists to run a tad behind schedule. In such instances, we extend our sincerest apologies and assure our clients that every effort will be made to communicate promptly, embodying our unwavering dedication to exceeding expectations at every turn.

Cancellations and no-shows

At Rooted Salon, we deeply value your time and the dedicated efforts of our talented stylists. To ensure the seamless flow of our exceptional services, we uphold a cancellation policy that reflects our commitment to professionalism and respect for all involved parties.

Cancellations made within a 36-hour window prior to the scheduled appointment will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the total service cost. This policy allows us to honor the time reserved for your appointment and compensate our team for their dedication and expertise.

In the event of a no-show or same-day cancellation, 100% of the total service cost will be charged. We appreciate your understanding of the impact of last-minute changes on our operations and the consideration of fellow clients seeking appointments.

To secure your reservation, we kindly request the provision of a valid credit card number. This ensures a seamless booking process and allows us to maintain the highest standards of service excellence at Rooted Salon.

Children

We hold a deep affection for children and understand the desire of our esteemed clientele to provide the highest level of care for their little ones' hair. However, our utmost priority is the safety and relaxation of all our valued guests.

Product Returns and Exchanges

At Rooted Salon, we uphold a policy of exclusivity and commitment to excellence. Please note that all purchases made at our establishment are considered final, with the exception of product exchanges within 21 days, provided the product remains more than half full.

We take great pride in offering curated selections of boutique items, each meticulously chosen to reflect our commitment to sophistication and style. As such, all boutique items are final sale, ensuring that each acquisition represents a carefully curated addition to your lifestyle.

Salon Guarantee

Rooted Salon guarantees each and every service. If a guest expresses dissatisfaction, immediately seek management assistance to ensure the client's concerns are properly addressed.

The applicable charge for "re-do" clients are up to the discretion of management and must be communicated no later than 1 week from the orginal appointment. We do not do refund on services. Instead if we feel that it's necessary we will give you salon credit towards your appointment.
